FareSift explains and verifies. The issuer sells the ticket.
The public beta currently uses clearly labeled synthetic reference inventory. A reference fare cannot be purchased unless the product explicitly identifies it as live and sends you to an approved issuer.
Booking relationship
When live partners are enabled, the airline or authorized seller—not FareSift—collects travel payment, issues the ticket, and controls servicing under its fare rules unless an explicit checkout agreement states otherwise.
Optional services
A savings-review or other concierge request does not authorize a booking or fee. Any paid analysis requires a separate written scope, price, comparison baseline, and user acceptance before work begins.
Price and availability
Search results are time-sensitive. A price is not final until the provider verifies complete-party availability and the ticket issuer confirms issuance. A redirect is not a booking confirmation.
Permitted use
Users must provide truthful traveler, residency, billing, and eligibility information. FareSift does not support hidden-city automation, location spoofing, false qualifications, access-control bypass, or prohibited ticketing conduct.
Public-beta limitation
Reference results are provided to evaluate FareSift’s planning, calculation, and explanation experience. Live inventory, subscriptions, and ticket issuance remain disabled until labeled otherwise. These beta terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before paid consumer services activate.
